After submitting the reservation request form, you will receive an invoice via email. Please review and pay promptly. Should you have any questions, contact us via text at 631-599-2625. Payment in full is required within 24 hours to confirm and secure your reservation. 

Please do not remove or relocate the lawn display once it has been installed.  

For everyone’s safety, do not allow anyone to play on or around the lawn display. Signs may have sharp corners.  

Do not attach anything to any part of the display, including balloons or streamers.  

Please protect our inventory from damage caused by lawnmowers, sprinkler systems (if too close can damage signs by powerful spray, signs are indeed waterproof), animals, or other equipment. If you have a weekly landscaping service, please arrange for their visit prior to the yard card installation. If damage occurs due to mowing or other activities, you will be responsible for replacing any damaged items.  

If an earlier pick-up time is needed for any reason, contact us via text at 631-599-2625. Only Lawn Signs of LI is authorized to remove the display.  

Lawn Signs of LI and its representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage caused to persons or property during the set-up or removal of the display. Since signs may have sharp edges, avoid playing around or touching the display.  

Refund Policy  

A 48-hour notice is required to cancel your reservation for a full refund. If canceled 24 hours prior to your event, you may choose to receive either 50% of your package price as a refund or the full amount as a credit for a future celebration.  

In the event of inclement weather, Lawn Signs of LI may not be able to set up yard displays. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. Inclement weather includes lightning, thunderstorms, hurricanes, tornado warnings, floods, heavy rain, high winds, or snowstorms. Regular rain is not ideal but will not prevent set-ups.  

No refunds will be given if the incorrect delivery address is provided.  

No refunds will be given if Lawn Signs of LI cannot access a property due to an animal.  

By placing an order and reserving your event with Lawn Signs of LI, you agree to all company policies.
